The 2-hour ride
Two hours out to where the sea meets the volcanoes
Two hours on horseback with views of the sea and the volcanoes. The fuller ride, and the one to pick if you want to get properly out into the landscape.
Two hours on horseback out into open country, with the sea on one side and the volcanoes on the other. It is the fuller ride, long enough to leave the yard behind and feel how quiet it gets out here, with the guide setting a steady pace and the group split by level.
If you already ride and want to trot along the flat, say so and the guide will make room for it. If you have never ridden, you are just as welcome, on one of the calm horses, at your own pace and near the guide. Bring a layer for the way back and something to drink.

- Arrive about fifteen minutes early so nobody is rushed.

- In high wind or midday summer heat we may move your time. We'll tell you in advance, and we don't ride when it isn't safe for the horses.
Common questions
- How do I book a ride?
- The quickest way is WhatsApp: tap the button, tell us how many of you there are and roughly when you would like to come, and we reply to confirm the horses and the time. We ride Monday to Saturday, morning and afternoon. You can also email or call. There is no payment online.
- Do I pay online when I book?
- No. You book by WhatsApp or a quick message, we confirm the horses, the time and the pick-up, and you pay at the stables on the day. Nothing is charged on the website, and your place is only held once we have confirmed it.
- Do you pick up from my hotel?
- Tell us where you are staying when you book and we will let you know whether we can pick you up and what it costs, confirmed before you commit, not after. Lanzarote is small, so wherever you are the stables are not far.
